Protocol for session; at the time your session is scheduled, contact me via phone or the VoIP option we have agreed upon.
Attending sessions is the main-body of coaching.
1. Excepting unforeseeable emergencies, unless an appointment is rescheduled, or cancelled pending reschedule, at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time it will be considered a missed session.
1.a You have a no-penalty, no charge allowance for one missed sessions (with no prior negotiation) in a three-month commitment.
1.b Any further missed sessions (according to definition in point 1.a) will be charged as regular sessions, and will reduce the number of over-all sessions you receive.
1.c Except in the case of unforeseeable emergency, in the case that I have to reschedule a session I will offer as much notice as possible, with the same 72 hours agreement. In the case that I must reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, I will add on a bonus session to your program, and will work with you to incorporate the extra session in a way that benefits your process.
Action steps are an integral part of your coaching or mentoring program.
Actions steps are your “daily practice.” They are designed to keep your process moving forward between sessions. Action steps will be agreed to in each session.
Following through on action steps means:
Practicing the action steps that are agreed to in each session.
Recognizing any resistance that arises as part of the work of your program.
When resistance arises, using your tools and attempting to work trough it.
In cases where you can’t move through the resistance, contacting me to so we can amend the action steps together, or addressing the resistance in your next session.
Your action steps are there for YOUR benefit. If your action steps aren’t working for you, send me a note and we can work it out, or change them to fit better.
I offer a money-back guarantee on coaching and mentoring programs. If you complete our contracted program as agreed to above – attend all coaching sessions, practice all action step with diligence and good intention, and work with me through any blocks as they come – and find that you feel like the experience did not meet your needs, you may request a refund.
These actions nullify the money back guarantee:
Lack of full adherence to protocols
Lack of good-faith, diligent follow through on action steps as assigned
Dropping out of your program before it is complete
When you make a payment you recognize that you are signing on for the six-session program, not single sessions of coaching. Should you decide to bow out of coaching part way through your program for any reasons other than verifiable emergency, you must still make the remainder of your payments.
If you have committed to a payment plan instead of full payment upon sign-on, the remaining payments will still be due.
(In some cases I may be willing to negotiate a partial credit for future work with me if that is desired.)
By making your payment you agree to this contract.
